Reprisals
Those who don’t happen to be wealthy are left with two choices, when slandered by tabloid press in Switzerland: Either accepting th injustice or taking the law into their own hands.
Tabloid “Blick” has shown no inhibition when it comes to destroying lives, reputations and people’s future. Publisher Ringier thrives financially, profiting from misfortune and hardship caused to people, of whom most of their voices are never heard. All of that simply to satisfy the lust for sensation in the population .
“We live in a state of law and order”, a lie which is indoctrinated in the minds of the Swiss public to keep the unwitting majority inline. It is evident the justice system does not protect common people from slander. The Ringier publishing company never admits any wrongdoing, unless challenged by a wealthy plaintiff who can afford a media lawyer. Even When Ringier is confronted with evidence, proving their articles false, the stay their course.

A young man lost his fingers, when a firecracker exploded in his hands during a football game. Regardless of the fact, that the victim has consequences for the rest of his life “Blick” went on and on publishing insulting and tactless articles. Understandably some of the journalist were posted on a public pillory and had vigilante acts carried out against them.
(Who know these reputation murderers?)

In places of the world were the legal system fails, nasty things are far more likely to happen.

Such events speak a clear, unmistakable language. They are a tribute to the vast number of people, who are not in a position to defend themselves.
